Range Km per Hour = Max or Min Power in kW x 7km/kW (7km/kW is assumed value, Can be different depending in the Electric Vehicle) Time to Charge 60 kW Electric Vehicle = 60/Power in kW(Max or Min). *60 kW is assumed, can be replaced by the size of battery pack in the electric vehicle of your choice.
